A little background...
I met sisters and producers Sania and Sadya Saeed through an ad in Screen Hub for a sounding board for their developing horror film in March of 2010.
What transpired after our first meeting resulted in the "final draft" of "Vengeance". "Final draft" didn't mean it was final and accepted but final before being abandoned.
Below is the "final draft" submitted to the producers in November, 2010 after many meetings and re-writes. Even though the project was never produced, I had much fun developing the plot and writing the script in accordance to the wishes of the producers.
My thanks to Sania and Sadya for the opportunity of working with them on this.

VENGEANCE
How far do you take vengeance? To the grave and beyond?
SYNOPSIS
Only one thing can raise the dead in this isolated country mansion and he is on his way and on the run.
James has been in one institution or another since the age of two and he is now looking at a life sentence for a murder he didn't commit but was a party to. His only hope is to hide out in his only relative's country house with his murderous cohort, Charlie, until the heat cools off and he can escape overseas. The old mansion is now an elegant guesthouse, owned and run by James' elderly aunt, Agnes.
At the same time, a university team heads there to investigate unusual seismic activity emanating from deep beneath a nearby long-deserted gold mine.
Has the imminent arrival of James anything to do with the rumblings and what connection does he have with the history of Graves End Guest House?
